1. How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly inside the Pavlov mobile application by going to Settings → Delete Account and confirming your request.

This page explains how you can delete your Pavlov account and what happens to your data when you do so.
2. Data that will be deleted
When your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed. This includes your profile information, pet data, and related usage data.
3. Data that may be retained
Some anonymized or legally required data may be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
4. Google / Apple requirement compliance
Account deletion is available directly inside the app through Settings → Delete Account. This page exists to explain the deletion process and data handling in accordance with Google Play requirements.
5. Support
If you cannot access your account or the app, you may request deletion by contacting support at support@mail.pavlopet.app.
