By accessing or using Pavlov, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Pavlov is a pet care management application. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes to manage your pet's health and care information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

The health guidance and pet care assistant features in Pavlov provide general information only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.

Daily routine suggestions in Pavlov, including feeding amounts, water targets, walk counts, walk duration, litter checks, reminders, and similar care schedules, are general estimates only. Food amounts are calculated for dry dog or cat food unless explicitly shown otherwise. Your pet's actual needs may vary based on food calories and ingredients, species, breed, age, weight, health conditions, activity level, weather, pregnancy or nursing status, neutering status, medications, and instructions from your veterinarian. You are responsible for checking the food label, monitoring your pet, and consulting a licensed veterinarian before relying on any routine, feeding, hydration, or activity recommendation.

Pavlov uses artificial intelligence to generate pet health and care guidance. This AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and must not be used as the basis for any medical decision. The AI cannot examine your pet, run diagnostic tests, or replace the clinical judgment of a veterinarian. Do not use Pavlov in emergency situations — seek immediate veterinary care if your pet is in distress. By using these features, you acknowledge and accept these limitations. Pavlov is not an emergency service. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening situation — including difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, suspected poisoning, or severe trauma — contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not rely on the app in such situations.

Pavlov offers free and premium subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellations can be managed through your store account settings. Subscription benefits, including AI chat access and plan-specific benefits, remain subject to these Terms, acceptable use, fair use, and platform-integrity limits.

You may use Pavlov's AI chat and related features only for personal pet care purposes. You must not attempt to misuse, manipulate, bypass, or jailbreak the AI; use the AI chat for purposes outside pet care; submit automated, scripted, bulk, or unusually high-volume requests; share, resell, transfer, or provide account access to others; or use any account, subscription, or unlimited tier in a way designed to exploit, overload, or abuse the service.

If a plan or feature is described as unlimited, unlimited means unlimited for normal personal pet care use by the account holder. Abusive, automated, commercial, excessive, shared, resold, or unreasonable usage patterns fall outside normal personal use and may be limited or restricted.

We reserve the right to protect Pavlov, our users, and our service infrastructure. If we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, abused the service, attempted to bypass safeguards, created unreasonable load, or otherwise threatened platform integrity, we may, with or without prior notice, limit, throttle, suspend, restrict, or terminate your AI chat access, subscription benefits, or account.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your pet's health data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time. Please review our full Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used.

All content, design, and functionality of Pavlov is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavlov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated health guidance, routine estimates, feeding amounts, hydration targets, walk or activity recommendations, reminders, care schedules, misuse of AI chat output, use of AI features outside pet care, attempts to bypass safeguards, or reliance on AI-generated content contrary to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
